These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Startup Blueprint. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Startup Blueprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform. The materials and services provided through Startup Blueprint are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Description of Service
Startup Blueprint is an AI-powered platform designed to help entrepreneurs and founders validate market opportunities, generate business solutions, and create supporting documents. The core service includes: (1) an 8-question AI-driven discovery chat powered by Google Gemini that generates up to 3 personalized business solution suggestions; (2) generation of detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) optimized for AI-assisted development; (3) generation of full HTML landing pages with AI-powered editing, multi-language translation (Finnish, Swedish, French, Spanish), and waitlist collection; (4) AI-generated outreach messages for pilot customer acquisition; (5) a public Wall for showcasing selected solutions; (6) direct messaging between users; (7) a My Blueprints dashboard for managing all sessions, solutions, and generated content; and (8) an email drip campaign to guide users through the platform.
Account Registration and Security
You may begin a discovery session anonymously without creating an account. To permanently save your sessions and access all features, you must create an account using email/password or Google OAuth authentication. Anonymous sessions are automatically linked to your account when you sign up or log in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you provide and create using Startup Blueprint, including your discovery interview responses, generated solutions, PRDs, landing pages, outreach messages, and messages sent to other users. By using our service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve our services. When you mark a solution as public and share it on the Wall or via a public project landing page, you grant other users and visitors the right to view that content and, in the case of landing pages, to submit their email to your waitlist. AI-generated content (solutions, PRDs, landing pages, outreach messages) is provided to you as a tool for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and taking responsibility for all AI outputs before use in any business context.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to: (1) Use the service for any illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities; (2) Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users through the messaging system or any other feature; (3) Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in discovery sessions or profiles; (4) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or private solutions; (5) Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the service without our express written permission; (6) Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code; (7) Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks; (8) Collect or harvest other users' information without their consent; (9) Impersonate any person or entity; (10) Use the AI features to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or violates third-party rights; or (11) Abuse the waitlist feature to collect email addresses for purposes unrelated to your stated solution.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Startup Blueprint uses Google Gemini (gemini-2.5-flash, gemini-2.5-pro, gemini-2.5-flash-lite) and OpenRouter-hosted models to generate business insights, solutions, PRDs, landing pages, translations, and outreach messages. All AI-generated content is provided for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, business, or technical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, market viability, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose. AI models may produce incorrect, outdated, or inappropriate outputs. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying all AI outputs before making business decisions, publishing content, or taking any action based on them. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals before implementing any business strategy.
Landing Pages and Waitlist Feature
Startup Blueprint enables you to generate HTML landing pages for your solutions and publish them at a public URL (/project/[slug]). These landing pages may include a waitlist signup form that collects email addresses from visitors. By using the landing page and waitlist features, you agree to: (1) only collect email addresses from individuals who voluntarily submit them; (2) use collected email addresses only for purposes related to your stated solution; (3) comply with all applicable email marketing laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR) when contacting waitlist subscribers; and (4) not misrepresent the nature of your solution to attract signups. You are solely responsible for how you use waitlist data. We provide the collection mechanism but are not responsible for your communications with waitlist subscribers.
Email Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive a welcome email and a drip email campaign of up to 12 scheduled emails over approximately 12 weeks. These emails are designed to help you use the platform effectively. You may opt out of the drip campaign by contacting support@startupblueprint.dev. You will also receive transactional notifications such as waitlist signup alerts for your solutions. We use Resend as our email delivery provider.
Messaging and Communication
Our platform includes direct messaging features that allow registered users to communicate with each other about solutions and collaboration. You are responsible for all messages you send. You agree not to use the messaging system to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, harassment, or content that violates these Terms. We reserve the right to monitor communications for abuse, spam, or violations of these terms and may remove content or suspend accounts accordingly. Messages are retained according to our data retention policies in our Privacy Policy.
Public Wall and Solution Visibility
The Wall feature allows registered users to showcase their selected solutions publicly. When you mark a solution as public and selected, it becomes visible to all logged-in platform users. Your public project landing page (/project/[slug]) is accessible to anyone on the internet, including anonymous visitors. You can change visibility settings or remove solutions from the Wall at any time through your My Blueprints dashboard. We are not responsible for how other users or visitors use or interpret publicly shared information. Once content is publicly visible, we cannot guarantee it has not been viewed or copied by others.
Admin Access
Startup Blueprint administrators have elevated access to platform data for the purposes of support, moderation, security monitoring, and service improvement. Administrators may view, edit, or delete any user content, reassign solution ownership, and access all user accounts. This access is limited to authorized personnel and is governed by internal access control policies.
Fees and Payment
Startup Blueprint currently offers its core services free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features, subscription plans, or usage-based pricing in the future. If we implement paid features, we will provide advance notice and updated terms. Any future fees will be clearly communicated before you are charged. The contact sales feature allows you to express interest in future paid plans; submitting a contact sales request does not create a billing obligation.
Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. AI features depend on third-party services (Google Cloud AI, OpenRouter) which may experience downtime or rate limiting. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We may impose limits on certain features, including AI generation quotas, storage limits, or access restrictions. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.
Third-Party Services
Startup Blueprint integrates with third-party services including: Supabase (authentication and database), Google Cloud AI (Gemini models), OpenRouter (AI model routing), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Google Analytics (usage analytics). We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party providers. Your use of third-party services integrated into Startup Blueprint is subject to their respective terms and policies. Disruptions to third-party services may affect the availability of certain features.
Data Privacy and GDPR Compliance
We take data privacy seriously and comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR. Our complete data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy and GDPR Notice. By using Startup Blueprint, you acknowledge our data collection and processing practices as described in those documents. EU residents have additional rights as outlined in our GDPR Notice.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARTUP BLUEPRINT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, ANY LANDING PAGE PUBLISHED THROUGH THE PLATFORM, OR ANY WAITLIST DATA COLLECTED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Disclaimer of Warranties
STARTUP BLUEPRINT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT (INCLUDING SOLUTIONS, PRDS, LANDING PAGES, TRANSLATIONS, AND OUTREACH MESSAGES) WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Startup Blueprint and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (1) Your use of the service; (2) Your violation of these Terms; (3) Your violation of any third-party rights; (4) Any content you submit, publish, or share through the platform, including landing pages and waitlist communications; or (5) Your use of AI-generated content in any business context.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by contacting support@startupblueprint.dev. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Public landing pages associated with your account may be taken offline. Data deletion will follow the retention policies described in our Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@startupblueprint.dev. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Startup Blueprint regarding the use of the service, superseding any prior agreements.
